    You can send the proposition by post, fax or e-mail (see Contacts).
    The Imofundos Board of Directors meets periodically to analyse the investment proposals addressed to them.
    The information sent should include:
    - A letter of intent with information on the business deal.
    - A complete file with the following documents regarding the real estate and tenant:
    - Copy(ies) of the lease agreement(s)
    - Copy of the Abstract of Title
    - Copy of the property registration book
    - Exact location of the real estate and respective areas
    - Copy of the floor plans of the Real Estate, preferably in a file and in scale
    - Detailed condition of the real estate property

    The Board of Directors will inform you of their decision after this information is analysed.

  2. I would like to get more information about a specific real estate property. How can I get it?

  3. What should I do if I am interested in purchasing or leasing a vacant property included in your “Available Real Estate” list?

    You should send a purchase or lease proposal by e-mail or fax and we will reply to you as soon as possible. (see Contacts)

    You can visit any vacant property included in our list. You should contact the Commercial, Communication and Marketing Department to arrange a convenient date and time (see Contacts).

  5. I have a query regarding the real estate I lease, whom can I contact?

    You should contact the Commercial, Communication and Marketing Department (see Contacts) either by telephone or by e-mail regarding any issue concerning the properties of the real estate investment funds managed by Imofundos.
